New teaching aid for laboratory work in the Scientific Research Institute «NanoBio»

The laboratory practical training corresponds to the content of the sections of the training program for specialists in the direction 12.03.04_02 "Biophysical Systems". The laboratory practical training presents the theoretical and methodological foundations for completing the course of laboratory work related to cloning and isolation of fluorescent protein. The methods of polymerase chain reaction, DNA and protein electrophoresis, chromatography, the basics of molecular cloning and other basic methods of molecular biology are considered. The laboratory practical training has an educational and methodological purpose for completing the course of laboratory work within the framework of the discipline "Practical Training in the Biophysics Laboratory" at the Scientific Research Institute "Nanobiotechnology" of SPbPU and is intended for 3rd year bachelor's students studying in the direction 12.03.04_02 "Biophysical Systems".
